8 July 2015 Information-Analytical Center held a "round table" to discuss issues of learning a new questionnaire of the International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) "O" - education. Existing classifier of RK has differences with the International Standard Classification of Education ISCED 2011, adopted in France in Paris in 2011, and the draft ISCED "O", proposed by UNESCO in 2013. The difference is not only in the quantity of education fields, but also in their content. Bringing national classifications in line with ISCED "O" will distribute contingent enrolled in the fields of education in compliance with international requirements, which makes it possible to use these countries in the world rankings. In addition, the enrolment of an integrated international standard classifier of education simplifies international accreditation of universities and educational programs, as well as facilitate graduates receive an international certificate and proof the qualification in international proficiency testing centers.
