Meruyert Buldybayeva

Meruyert Buldybayeva, master's degree, Chief Analyst of the Department for Development of Technical and Vocational Education JSC "Information-Analytical Center".

She graduated from the Karaganda State University named after E.A.Buketov and the School of Public Policy and Management, Korea Development Institute.

She has a master's degree in Public Policy (MPP) and she is a certified specialist in monitoring and evaluation of projects, GRM International, Washington DC (District of Columbia), United States.

She worked in the National Accreditation Center and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She participated in the work on the formation of a national accreditation model of higher education institutions and in the process of joining the National Accreditation Center to a number of foreign networks for quality assurance, such as European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN) and the Eurasian Association on Educational Assessment. During her work in the civil service, she conducted elaboration, conclusion and implementation of international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of education and science.

She took part in the joint project of OECD and IAC: "Reviews of National Policies for Education: Secondary Education in Kazakhstan", the National coordinator of the Background Report and experts visit; "A Skills beyond School Review of Kazakhstan“ (the sphere of technical and vocational education), the National coordinator of the project and conducting of field trips.

Currently she is working on carrying out «Torino Process" study in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
